The Land Rover Evoque will also include the most up-to-date version of Land Rover's Terrain Response system that enables driving in all conditions, including general driving, driving on grass, over gravel, in snow and on sand with additions for sports driving and an economical mode. Another technology unique to Land Rover and to be included in the Land Rover Evoque is Hill Descent Control which allows the vehicle to go down a hill with rough terrain smoothly and skillfully without the need to touch the brake pedal. The push of a button will allow the vehicle's anti-lock brake system to control the speed of each wheel. To ensure that the vehicle can perform in almost any road condition, Land Rover's Gradient release Control and Hill Start Assist will also be available on the Land Rover Evoque.
The interior of the Land Rover Evoque is spacious and designed with premium lavish materials, such as polished woods, soft leather and chrome detailing. The center console, made of aluminum, runs the length of cabin and serves to separate the four interior seats. Two padded seating areas are located in the tailgate and have integrated cup holders. The sense of a light, airy interior is reinforced by the open framework of the seating which serves the dual purpose of providing storage areas under the seats and the floors. The rear seats have power adjustments and can fold down when necessary to produce a large, flat storage area, big enough to hold two mountain bikes with the front wheels removed. Lighting inside the Land Rover Evoque uses LED technology and the color can be adjusted to match any mood. A full glass panoramic roof is standard and serves to enhance the sense of space.
